Account locked, microsoft cannot send a text message of the security code to any phone number and there is no alternative

The code will expire in about 10 minutes.I keep getting: We cannot send a text message to this number.Tried different mobile numbers, tried from different browsers and PCsHave tried forgetten password, but still keep getting my account blocked.How do I get the code?
