When I enter my Microsoft password, it says my device is offline! So I cant start the computer.

Microsoft asked me to change my password which i have done numerous times, but then I can't log in using the new password because Micrsoft says "your device is offline". So I can't do anything and I have been offline on my desk top which is linked to my printer for one week, No telephone support from Microsoft,. it's disgraceful.
