Local disk access denied!

Hello. I am running Windows 11 and I have got this error in my local disk. I cannot access it and it shows my access is denied. I uninstalled some programs which were taking up space before this error suddenly popped up.Because of this error when I did a restart the desktop screen became black with only the task bar showing and it took at least 5 mins for the screen to show.I cannot also open any system applications or run anything in administrator mode. I am getting network error code 0x800704b3.Please help. I am a student i need to work on assignments on my Pc and i cannot with these issues.
