Why the hell was SHIFT+ALT replaced by CTRL+SHIFT to change keyboard layouts (with the last updates ?)

Hi,I use CTRL+SHIFT all the time in my work at home or for my job. this is way too common as a shortcut to use it to switch kbd layout.So, since I installed a variant for my keyboard to switch from azerty to querty, I keep correcting EVERYTHING I TYPE. it even took me a couple of days to finaly figure CTRL+SHIFT zqs ;essing things up (I am not correcting these last words to demonstrate the problem it causes)it so annoying, there are no words for it. suddenly while typing, the switch occurs, I dont even realizeso while I am looking to change it back to SHIFT+ALT to switch keyboard layouts, I wa
