How to get rid of ghost file associations?

I don't understand why in the year 2023 this is still so hard to do, blows my mind. User should be able to scroll and delete these entries right here on this menu: These two programs/folders/addresses don't even exist anymore, I deleted the folders in Program Files. Still, they keep appearing. Extremely annoying. Registry shows this:I don't see the entries acad.exe and aclauncher.exe anywhere on the registry.
