How can I enable the password option in Windows sign in using Command prompt/ registry editor in advanced start up?

I had to get some hardware updates done to my laptop, and because of that it's asking me to create a new PIN. But my account is currently locked as I changed my recovery email and I am trying to log in with my password but it's not giving me the option. Does anyone know how to enable the password log in option using registry editor? Thanks!
