Changing W10 MBR to GPT - but it wont let me log in with my microsoft credentials

I'm following these instructions:https://www.windowscentral.com/how-convert-mbr-disk-gpt-move-bios-uefi-windows-10recovery - restart - troubleshoot - command promptStep 8: Select your administrator account and sign in (if applicable).Step 9: Type the following command to validate the drive's requirements and press Enter:mbr2gpt /validateStep 10: Type the following command to convert the drive from MBR to GPT and press Enter:mbr2gpt /convertHOWEVER - at step 8 it refuses to accept the password for my microsoft account.I've seen this:Redirecting
