Hello,One user is getting this error when trying to log in to his laptop. We don't have physical access to his machine. The remote access application is not loading either.Articles online keep talking about editing registry. We don't have a way to edit the registry either remotely or locally (by walking the user through steps). What other options do we have to fix this issue?
