I have a Windows 10 tablet. I have a Windows 10 laptop. When I connect the tablet to the laptop via USB, the laptop does not see it. I want to be able to share/transfer/install files, applications and drives between the two devices. How do I fix it so that the two devices will see each other through a USB cable?
