my games cant write in my saving games folder ??

hi I have a problem with my gaming experience every time I try loading a game I got an error message that tells me that my game cannot be saved.I tried the way that was included in that answer but my laptop is not allowing me to change my user name .https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/my-games-wont-save-any-data/dfbdb3ae-172a-4bb0-adc1-e30ef06af1eeand i can not change or save any information in some other lunchers but that can be another question that may not be for you guys to solve but help will be appreciatedthanksyasoo.
