After Windows 11 install, intermittent black screen when moving mouse. Have tried other solutions without permanence, any ideas?

Hello,I first encountered this black screen issue after installing Windows 11 and putting my computer to sleep for the night. Upon open/boot, screen would flicker black and then stay black with small dots and underscores in the top left corner. Now it does this every time the computer goes to sleep.Have tried reinstalling both display drivers using Intel and Nvidia's driver managers. (I have Intel® Iris® Plus Graphics, and NVIDIA GeForce MX250).Have changed sleep/hibernation settings, unchecked fast startup and other options.
