Win 10 Pro. Speech Recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported

I'm using Win 10 Pro with a Bluetooth dongle and headset. I setup my mic and trained my computer, but when I start Speech Recognition (either through Ease of Access or startup) I get this error: Speech Recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported.The recognizer language must match the language of the user interface. Please change the recognizer language in the Speech Recognition control panel under Advanced Options.The Language in Advanced Options shows Microsoft Speech Recognizer 8.0 for Windows (English - US).In Speech Settings, Speech Language is English
