Microsoft store infinite loading when pressing "get updates" or adding anything to library from store.

My button just greys out and pulses as if it's loading, or has a continue loading wheel.I have attempted to reset the Microsoft store, run the trouble-shooter program, reinstalled the windows store via powershell, and cleared the cache using wsreset.exe, but i still have the same issue. I have restarted the computer after each of these steps.
