Why is there no option to turn on bluetooth?

Alright, this is really starting to tick me off at this point. I go to turn on bluetooth and the switch is not there. I am on Windows 10 and here is everything I have tried:Uninstalling and reinstalling the driverDoing a safe bootDisabling and reenabling the deviceChanging the values in the registryTried to rollback but the button is grayed outEjected and rejected the hardwareAttempted to update the driver, manually and automaticallyInstalled drivers directly from Intel's websiteDoing a clean bootTroubleshooting the problem but it says that it found no issues with the driverI have used every t
