Computer Name folder in Documents and Settings

Anyone know how/why/when a folder is created in Documents and Settings that

matches the Computer Name? This folder has all the default subfolders that a

regular user folder would have.

 

XP Pro, SP2.

 

There is no user on the machine that has the same name as the Computer Name.

 

I have tried searching "Documents and Settings" "Computer name" folder XP

(and various combinations) and have not found anything.
