Monitors flicker and shut off when using 2 different adapters

I currently have a new OptiPlex 3000 Small Form Factor with win11 and 3 monitors with the following connections:Display port to VGA adapter HDMI connectionUSB 3.0 to HDMI adapter (BENFEI USB 3.0 to HDMI Adapter)I've installed the drivers it came with but am getting a screen that flickers every hour or so with the USB Adapter and my display port to VGA monitor shuts off and the only way to get it back on is via plugging the cable back in. I also get this message every so often:"USB 3.0 VGA Display""This device is not compatible with this"haven't been able to find anything online so any advice w
