service failing to start causing pc to blue screen

So there's this service called "GLCKIO2" which i think is connected to this application called rgb fusion (which i completely uninstalled from my PC) that keeps failing to start which is causing my pc to freeze and then blue screen. I have entirely uninstalled every trace of RGB fusion and updated drivers/bios and it just keeps happening over and over again. I have a Gigabyte B365 HD3 motherboard and an Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060.This is what the error says on event viewer - "The GLCKIO2 service failed to start due to the following error:The system cannot find the path specified"
