Still having problems with CTRL+C and CTRL+V....no fixes have worked

Since November, I have been having problems with this. Most of the time, it will not work between screens in programs where it has never been a problem before. The clipboard will often work, but sometimes it won't (but I hate it because it is cumbersome). I type for a living, and I NEED these to work. I have tried every option that has been suggested before (driver updates, searching for corrupted files, Safe Mode fixes, even replacing the keyboard, etc.), but I think it might be a problem with Windows 11. Does anyone have any other thoughts?
