Guest Rico Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Any Arcserve v11 experts out there? I am running CA Arcserve v11 on a windows server 2003 environment and I get a crashed backup every single time, no error messages. I have reinstalled the software and checked all the services. Anyone has any idea?

Can not initialize the BrightStor Service with program number 395647, Retry count>1". I am backing up to a tape.
