After weeks, and dozens of complaints on the Community site, Microsoft still hasn't solved this problem. These updates are necessary to remedy the vulnerabilities Microsoft has created itself in their operating system, yet they fail to supply properly working updates. Installing the update from the patch in https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB5022845 has the same problem. Supposedly, only a clean install would remedy this problem, which means countless hours of installation and configuration of components and applications on my (for the moment) fully functional comput
