Am trying to reinstall windows 11 on pc via USB drive , get message saying windows 11 will not run on this pc.

Been having trouble with windows 11 crashing and advised to do a clean install via USB drive . Tried this 3 times but on last installation , windows would not activate . Tried to reinstall windows 11 again , set up starts ok but then get message saying windows 11 will not run on this PC . Been running ok up till now .System is a Gigabyte H370 HD3 motherboard , Intel core i3 8100, LGA1151. 16 GB Corsair memory. Am stuck with windows 11 installation that didn`t install properly and won`t activate. Now I can`t reinstall windows either . Am I going to have to back to windows 10 and stick
