I was trying to fix a problem about how my antivirus and exploit protection was manahed by an a administrator but it was a personal PC and im the only administrator and i have no antivieus installed other than the windows defender, i followed a guide and it told me to make a an administrator account using a command on cmd prompt is was like "something administrator /active:yes" and i made the account and i logged in that account and it said it was doing something and i should wait a couple minutes after 1 hour it finally did something it was just a white screen i restarted my pc then it automa
