I purchased a laptop from an Office Max last year with a 4 year All-state protection plan. They set the laptop up for me and I picked it up in store a few days later once it was ready. I believe that they set it up for me incorrectly however I did not realize since the laptop was working well at the time. After using the laptop for less than a year I stopped using it since my college semester had ended. Around 2 weeks later I wanted to use my laptop to look up tickets for a vacation and I found that I was locked out of the laptop. It said that I needed the Bitlocker recovery key to access the
