In 'word' when changing the language entry on the keyboard the font changes from regular to bold and vice versa; how do i stop that

In office professional 2010, 'word' when i switch the language on the keyboard from english to hebrew or vice versa, the font automatically changes from regular to bold or vice versa. how can i stop that from happening?
