Windows 11 update error detected - how do I fix it?

Windows Update Troubleshooter "detects issues related to windows update" every time I run it. It says it has made changes to my computer and to try the activity again, but it fails to fix the problem. I've updated everything possible on my computer - my drivers, programs etc. I've done everything I can to troubleshoot the problem. I've disconnected external devices, updated third-party drivers, checked device manager for errors and restored and repaired files. Everything comes up as up to date, fixed and clean, but somehow the problem persists. I am running Windows 11 Home 22H2 version OS buil
