Microsoft Snipping tool does not become the active Window after taking a screenshot, how can I fix that?

Usually when you take a screenshot with snipping tool, the snipping tool window becomes the active window and displays the new image. Currently after a snipping screenshot, I have to go find the screenshot because it does not come to the front. How can I have this come to the front again?
