I am unable to complete the current 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845) on my windows 11 computer. The update downloads and then installs but fails at 99% and then rolls back the installation. I have tried the process repeatedly and followed the online suggestions available other than a complete fresh install. I have been contacted by the community with the answer at Redirecting the details from other respons
