Why is my internet speed so slow on my computer but fine on every other device in my house?

My internet speed is meant to be upto 40MB/s download speed, but I can't even get past 750KB/s most of the time It's been like this for a few weeks, started fine then dropped drastically. I've tried everything like resetting the router, flushing the DNS, resetting network settings, so on so forth. (Basically everything in here except for the resetting windows: Fix Wi-Fi connection issues in Windows - Microsoft Support troubleshooter didn't find an issue, running a speed test came back with below exp
