DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION after watching video(1-2 times per day)

When I use firefox to watch videos or teams for video meeting, the computer screen gets stuck (occasionally) and the mouse and keyboard don't work, so I have to force a shutdown.But if I wait for a few minutes or so, Windows will BOSD prompt DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION.The link below is to the Minidump file generated by BOSD.https://1drv.ms/u/s!Au1Gl35JMF4rgQoW2-J3eDz08-T3?e=O90RhCTried solutions (not working):1. sfc /scannow or something like recovery system command.2. reinstall the latest version of graphics card drivers from intel and nvidia website.3. memtest86 test on the memory (no failures).
