Powershell runs in the background for a few seconds whenever I restart my laptop. Should I be worried? I checked Event Viewer, but need help understan

I'm using Windows 10 Home on a Lenovo laptop.Malwarebytes and Windows Defender both come up with nothing. (Full and offline scans included.) As far as I or my Antivirus programs know, I have no recent history of infections.I've downloaded some 3rd party software, but nothing sketchy. However, I'm occasionally forced to plug in USBs and accept files from people who are less careful in their online habits.I noticed Powershell appears in the Task Manager whenever I turn on my laptop. It stays there for a few seconds, and then vanishes. There's nothing in the taskbar, and no window, either. Googli
