For about two months, my PC has been scanning and repairing a drive at every boot-up, regardless of how the PC was shut down the time before. It can take as long as fifteen minutes to scan and complete repairs, which always identifies 64 files to be repaired; I am unsure whether they are the same files each time or not. When I open the Disk Optimization tool, it identifies a drive as "\\?\Volume{3a67c860-4f4a-07bf-1000-5763d3e2c1e4}\" and says that it has never been analyzed or optimized and that optimization is not available. This identification matches the files being scanned during the boot
