Question About Buying Windows 10 Pro Edition. It is urgent for my classes.

Hi, I currently have Windows 10 Home Edition on my laptop and I want to upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro and I have some questions about it.1) When I click "Go to store" from the "Settings>Update and Security>Activation", It only says "Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Pro" but I do not know which license I am buying, the Retail or OEM? I want to buy the Retail license, where can I check if the Windows 10 Pro key license is Retail or not?2) Also, my laptop is only compatible with Win10 but in the future can I transfer the Win10Pro to another laptop and get the 11 pro for free or do I need to buy it a
