Windows 11 w/Dual Monitor: when turning on monitor(s), windows randomly change position (move to other monitor) and size, help!

Hello, I have Windows 11, using a Dual Monitor set up, and randomly, when I turn on my monitors, a lot of my windows get rearranged (i.e., move to the other monitor) and get resized as well. This happens very randomly, but happens often enough (3-4 times a week) that is become a total nightmare for me.Both of my monitors are hooked up via HDMI, and my primary monitor is 4K, while the secondary monitor has a 1920x1200 resolution. My graphics card is a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti.On a side note, right when I turn on my monitors, Windows plays the "Device Connect" + "Device Disconnect" sounds as well. A
