I recently got a new External HDD it worked for a few days now it doesn’t how do I fix this?.

This New External HDD I got from bipra. Worked for a few days now it doesn’t. Ever since today every time I plugged the usb in my laptop (I’ve tried all the USB ports) It shutdowns my computer talking about an error occurring and windows will restart for me. This repeatedly continues until I get to safe mode which when I press restart pc it returns to normal but it says that the usb malfunctioned and wasn’t recognized. (I tried this multiple times) I tried multiple steps but wasn’t satisfied. How do I fix this problem or is the External HDD unusable now.
