I cant work out why my PC is Rebooting with no BSOD and has a reoccurring Event 47, WHEA-Logger.

This Event 47, WHEA-Logger is appearing in my event viewerThis Ram is 2 years old and seemed to be working fine but it did show one stick of ram of the two had hardware damage so i tried running it with just the one and i still get this and random shut downs. PC Specs CPU: Ryzen 5 5600xMotherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B550m Plus WifiGpu: Asus GeForce RTX 3050 8gbRam: Kingston 32gb (2x16) HyperX Fury 3200MHz which im only using one atmThis is the error and its detailsA corrected hardware error has occurred.Component: MemoryError Source: Corrected Machine
