Speaker Realtek(R) Audio works for a few seconds when starting up, then sound stops and videos stop playing.

So for the past few days now my Omen 15 laptop (Windows 10) has been having a problem mainly with sound. For the first few seconds of starting my laptop the sound is fine, I'll go play a video on Youtube and it will work. However, if I rewind the Youtube video then the video buffers endlessly, stops playing, my sound turns off completely (the Speaker is still recongized by the system) but there is no sound from anything. Nothing from system sounds, nothing from other applications, nothing from other videos (downloaded and streamed) and the only way to get it back I have found is to restart my
