WINDOWS 10 user acct email and pic changed mysteriously

Today while adding an email to outlook on my win10 laptop, the email and picture for the the username changed.This laptop has myself and stlocal as the users....stlocal I think was put there by the company who's software we use for our business.I added a former employee's hotmail to the outlook on this laptop (I had already done this with success on my PC) and I closed the laptop for dinner. When I returned from dinner and opened the laptop, the picture for the login was this former employee's email picture, BUT my username was still correct and PASSWORD was correct.I then clicked on STA
