Windows Security not working in Windows 11 after uninstalling Mcafee AV which came pre-installed on my Lenovo Thinkbook 15p IMH

Hi there,I recently bought a Lenovo Thinkbook 15p IMH and upgraded its windows from 10 to 11. After the upgrade, Windows Security was still operating normally, as whenever I opened it, it showed that Mcafee Firewall was ON and gave me the option of disabling Mcafee and turning on Windows Security Firewall. A couple of days ago, I decided to uninstall Mcafee AV and just stick to Windows Security as my computer was slowing down, however, after I uninstalled Mcafee AV, I haven't been able to open Windows Security at all. I've tried multiple solutions like using CMD to run "sfc /scannow", the "DIS
