Can't give the file owner "full control" ALL greyed out, inheritance greyed out, EVERYTHING. WINDOWS 10

As the title says, every single time I have to delete some Windows 10 bloatware that is bogging down my system, I am faced with this absolute mountain to climb of searching through articles that have no definitive answer. I start at square 1, giving the administrator account (myself) ownership of the file, THAT BIT WORKS! Every single other thing doesn't, the "TrustedInstaller" retains full control of the files and my administrator account gets "Read" and "Execute" only. The Inheritance button is greyed out, it has always been greyed out for system files on this PC. Any time I try to change pe
