Microsoft Photos in Windows 11 cannot open and display image from a network drive

Hi,I have a network drive that contains some photos. 1. I can open those photos with any 3rd party photo viewers. ACDSee, IrfanView or even the legacy Windows Photo Viewer2. I can play 4K video files from the network drive smoothly with Windows Media player without any lagging.3. I can copy file to and from the network drive without any issue.4. I have tested the speed of file transfer and the upload/download speed is 105Mbps/398Mbps respectively.5. I have tried any other "solution" on the internet including reseting, reparing the Photos app (i have no choice to uninstall it)The only thing is
