Why can't I upgrade to Windows 11 even though my system meets the requirements?

I followed many guides which were stated on the official websites and also other tutorial videos, apparently, I have to go to Update & Security and I will below the updates for Windows 10 I will see whether I can install Windows 11 or not. I don't see anything at all. I also installed the PC health check app, confirming my PC's eligibility for the upgrade. I also checked to see if, at any chance, my Windows isn't original but it says "Your Windows is activated with a digital license" in the activation section.System information:Processor 12th Gen Intel® Core i9-12900H 2.50 GHz Inst
