Is this a bug? Is this specific to Windows 11? I can't imagine a circumstance where preventing the user from accessing a file using an application would be preferable to simply allowing the application to fail or error out. In this case I attempted to open a .ini file with Notepad.exe. This was inexplicably not one of the suggested applications, and navigating to it generated the above nonsense. I wasn't even trying to permanently associate the application; I wouldn't want to, I planned to install Notepad++ later anyway. I'd have selected the "just once" button.I guess my main question is, cou
