updates (settings) I do not get an offer to upgrade to Windows 10 22H2, well is any problem manually upgrading using installing media 22H2

My old experimental PC - about 13-15 years old, is having Windows 10 Home 21H2 latest and I want to upgrade to 22H2 latestIn updates (settings) I do not get an offer to upgrade to Windows 10 22H2, well is any problem manually upgrading using installing media 22H2 or Media creator tool 22H2..?
