I don't know the OS version of the bureau, just mine. I probably signed paperwork (too long ago to recall), and I had to wait for an officer to give me the right to use a computer, but I doubted about their licensing agreement for non-personnel. Also, a male officer logged in, and I don't know if it was my rightful session (setup as a new end-user or his login credentials?). Aren't they under volume licensing? Did they likely violate security policies? I wasn't told about using a public computer at the library. Furthermore, I wasn't able to turn around and leave courteously once an authorized
