FPS drop to around 10 in all games after reset, none of the usual fixes worked, 100% sure it's not a hardware problem.

I reset my Dell G5 5590 laptop about a month ago and tried to play games on it now but all of the games i used to play are now unplayable, fps is around 10 in all games, even in the menu.I've tried every fix I possibly could, like making sure nothing is running in the background, updating everything including BIOS and graphics card driver (and other things), tried reinstalling all of the games, tried using the high performance power settings, disabled the game bar, uninstalled antiviruses and even reset my laptop again. Noting seemed to fix it and I'm all out of ideas. The temperature is fine
