I want to have two copies of windows on two different drives but it keeps telling me windows 11 is not compatible with my PC but it is because Im runn

So I built my computer last year. It is an i9 alder lake processor with Z690 motherboard. I purchased a copy of windows 10 and put on my pc that has been recently upgraded to Windows11. I purchased another copy of 11 to put on a different disk drive so I can have both OS systems on my pc but when I go to install my new copy of 11 it tells me my PC is not compatible with Windows 11. I have been running Windows 11 on this PC so I dont know why it wont install. I want to have windows 11 on one drive and reinstall my old 10 on another drive.
