CANT change program priority EVEN GIVING ALL ADMIN PERMISSIONS.!

HiIm having a problem and I cant find a solution for this. When I open a game (call of duty) I try to change the priority while gaming BUT it just says "The operation cannot be completed - Access denied". I am running the program as an Admin, I already give ALL the permissions for all users (full control, modify, read & execute, read, write). But its the ONLY program that I cannot change the priority and just cant find a solution for this. I checked the bx of run as admin always, I already did everything I know but just doesnt work. I would really appreciate any help for this problem. Than
