Hi!

That is what I cannot do! I click on the blue button and nothing happens. I have also clicked on "If the download does not begin shortly, please click here" and still the download does not start. Is this perhaps something to do with my Zone Alarm settings or any other settings?

Hi

Can you download from any other site.

Try this link: SnapFiles - SuperAntiSpyware

Yes it could easily be a Zone-Alarm or Anti-phishing filter from an AntiVirus product such as McAfee or Symanted/Norton.

Please try temporarily disabling either or both of such products and attempt the download again.

Yes, that worked, thank you. In the meantime I asked a friend if he could download from the Superantispyware site, and he could not either - so presumably they have a problem? Anyway, thanks for your help ... Superantispyware now installed.

Just as a footnote, is Superantispyware as good as any other? For example I have also been trying to use Webroot Spy Sweeper (for which I have a current subscription) as I did on my old hard drive, but this seems to stop me receiving e-mails via Microsoft Outlook on this new hard drive.

Thank you for your reply too Advancedsetup. As you have probably read, Superantispyware now installed. However I will disable Zone Alarm and AVG 8.0 to see if that was the original problem.

AVG 8.0 has been having lots of problems at the moment and are under fire in regards to 'high traffic' have a look on google and you may uninstall rather than disable it ;)
