Computer lags, programs take forever to load, and I hear beeps in my headset whenever the computer lags.

Started happening this morning, there were no issues last night. Had Norton AntiVirus do a full scan while I was at work and it didn't catch anything. There is no consistency or patterns to the beeping in my headset. There is no beeping coming from the computer itself, only from audio in my headset. I've tried reinstalling my drivers, I've tried doing a clean boot and turning off all the startup programs, I tried restoring to a point 3 days ago. Tried a random suggestion to restore global 3D graphics settings to default. Not sure what else to do other than a factory reset. Thanks for the help.
