Help with Halo Infinite crashing on launch

I recently installed a new hard drive into my pc and after redownloading Halo Infinite through Steam I found the game was failing to launch, I've tried all of the basic trouble shooting solutions, but the game still wont launch, even after verifying files and reinstalling the game. I tried the Microsoft Store version of the game as well, but that doesn't launch either, and I've made sure I have the latest drivers for my GPU installed. I've already tried the solutions given in several other threads having a similar problem, but in those threads they describe the game still starting but then cra
